What OhGiftPlease is

OhGiftPlease is a gift-discovery and curation platform. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, OhGiftPlease is not the seller, manufacturer, or fulfiller of products featured on the site. Product purchases are generally completed with third-party brands or retailers under their own terms, policies, prices, availability, shipping, returns, and warranties.

Gift recommendations and product information

Gift Finder results, editorial picks, product descriptions, brand information, and consultation suggestions are provided for discovery and informational purposes. We work to keep information useful and accurate, but product details, prices, availability, links, promotions, and retailer policies can change. Always review the current information on the retailer or brand site before purchasing.

Gift consultations and paid services

When you purchase a gift consultation or other paid OhGiftPlease service, you are purchasing our time, research, curation, and recommendations as described at the time of booking. A recommendation does not guarantee that a recipient will like a particular gift, that an item will remain available, or that a third-party retailer will fulfill an order in a particular way.

Links to third-party retailers, brands, social platforms, and other websites are provided for convenience and discovery. OhGiftPlease does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, transactions, shipping, returns, security, or availability.

Intellectual property

The OhGiftPlease name, original site copy, editorial content, Gift Finder experience, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks, product photography, and brand materials belong to their respective owners. You may share links to OhGiftPlease for ordinary personal and editorial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our original content without permission.
