OhGiftPlease respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect through ohgiftplease.com, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, email address, messages, newsletter or Joy List subscription information, member-account information, and information you submit when using forms, contacting us, or requesting a gift consultation or other service.

When you purchase or book a paid service, payment and transaction information may be processed by Wix and its payment-service providers. OhGiftPlease may receive transaction details needed to provide the service, but payment-card processing is handled by the applicable payment provider.

We and the services used to operate the site may also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, referral information, interactions with the site, and cookie or similar technology data.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve OhGiftPlease; provide the Gift Finder, gift consultations, member features, forms, and other requested services; respond to messages; send communications you request or consent to receive; understand site performance; protect the site from misuse; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
